Utah USSSA lodging options with discounted codes will be released before end of year and more added as they come online. I will earn incentives to cover Umpire room costs if you use our recommended lodging or you can always select your own housing. But we appreciate your help.

Drop and Weather Policy

DROPPING FROM EVENT - THIS IS A CRITICAL ISSUE, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING
This is a tough situation for all teams. Your team must do the best they can to avoid dropping out of an event, they MUST ask for help in finding guest players from the local area. The following policies will apply IF YOU DROP from after March 17, 2024.
However:
1. If a team drops after March 17, 2024. No refunds are applicable. If a team can find a replacement team, then their fee can be applied to a new team.
2. Any fee paid to date is 100% non-refundable if a team drops after Feb 17th.
3. Any amounts paid after Feb 17th are 100% non-refundable if a team drops after March 17th.
4. A minimum of 6 teams is required to schedule an age division. If 6 teams cannot be scheduled, then teams will get a 100% refund to method of payment. No administration fee applies in this situation.
*. Event Director has final say to amend policy as needed

OPTIONAL TEAM GIFT EXCHANGE - Plan for 15 players, ONLY team that join will get to exchange gifts.

Time:  Approx 6-9pm

LINE UP start on Soccer complex at 6:30pm. Parade starts at 7pm, Activities will end before 9pm

Food trucks and merchandise will be onsite from 5:30pm onward
